Soul is an all natural wellness drink from Rain Nutrition. Many have improved their quality of life by using the Rain Nutrition products. Other products include Rush, an all natural energy drink, and Pure, a pro-biotic. Below is the testimony of a roofer in Columbus, Kansas who began taking Soul in September 2009.

What Has Soul Done For You?

“I am a roofer in Columbus, Kansas. On Oct. 28, 2007, I fell off of a roof, which resulted in a compound fracture to my right leg and torn ligaments in my left leg. After 3 major surgeries, it took me 6 months to walk again.

For the past year and a half I have endured swelling, and extreme pain to my right leg daily. This has kept me from normal day to day activities. Taking a simple walk through grass was just not possible.

In September 2009 I was introduced to Soul. Just a few short days after I began taking Soul I noticed that the swelling had decreased. a couple days later I noticed I was no longer limping. Soon I was able to walk down staircases and in grass without tripping or falling. I believe that Soul has changed by life. Thank you Rain Nutrition!”

There are times in our lives when we decide to do something that we never even considered a remote possibility. I often hear friends and acquaintances alike say that they would never do something. It may be referring to how another person is disciplining their child. It may be referring to dealing with a spouse who has not been faithful. It may be referring to parents dealing with their adult children. It does not matter what the situation, you should never say never especially if you have never been in a similar situation.

I have probably said numerous times that I would never use the familiar wellness drinks that are currently on the market. After my daughter was introduced to Rain Nutrition, my thoughts were still the same. She had shared the success stories from others that were almost unbelievable as well as her own thoughts. However, with the products being all natural and our daughter being so insistent, we decided to try the products. After all, what did we have to lose?

Well, we tried the products and the results were truly amazing. Dave and I are both feeling much better. Any pain that we had been experiencing has diminished tremendously. Dave had been getting shots in his knees every six months for several years now. He no longer needs those shots. Also, he had suffered from time to time from depression. His mood has changed dramatically and we both have increased energy. One day after going to lunch with fellow teachers, I came home and he was actually cleaning the house. He has never cleaned the house by himself in our 37 years of marriage.

Now, we not only use the products but we decided that if we were going to use the products that we would become a distributor. It just made sense to get the best value for your money. If you would like to know more about Rain Nutrition, please send me an email at sandy1020@insightbb.com.

Hoover Linx Cordless Vac

How would you like to have a stick vac that is easy to use and the performance is fantastic? Yesterday I purchased a Hoover Platinum Linx Stick Vac and after one day, I am recommending it for others to try. This is the best price that I have found either online on in the stores.

I once owned a corded model and it always seemed that the cord was either too short or there was not a convenient outlet nearby. I most recently owned an Electrolux stick vac and initially I loved it. It didn’t seem that it was long before the suction began to fade.  However, the Electrolux made me a lover of the cordless stick vac regardless.

Now I do realize that the suction of the Hoover Linx may not last as well. However, it does have a 6-year warranty so I thought it was worth the gamble. The battery is removable and can be replaced if that does occur and it is covered by the warranty. The Hoover Linx glides easily over the floor. It has a setting for the bare floor as well as a setting for the carpet. I was amazed at the dirt it picked up the first time I used it. It was also performed well and was easy to use on my throw rugs. The dirt cup is easy to empty and the filter is easily accessible as well as washable. I do not believe that you will be disappointed if you purchase the Hoover Linx.

As a teacher I can remember the snow days from the past — the snow days that did not have to be made up. Those were the good old days. Teachers and students alike always loved it when snow was in the forecast. Often I would stay up to watch the late news hoping the forecast would not change or that there was an increased accumulation predicted. There was much anticipation in the air as you would retire for bed dreaming of the snowy weather that was in the forecast. On those days, I would rise early and run to take a quick look outside.  If the snow had accumulated, I would then run to the television to listen and see if  we had enough snow for the schools to close. There were days that no one understood why we were in or out of school whatever the case may have been. Occasionally, there would be a 1-hour delay which created a chaotic day in attempting to complete everything necessary in the lesson plans.

In my final teaching years, there did not seem to be as much anticipation to the snow days. Snow days  just don’t seem to be the same since the law changed and they must now be made up. How often do we have an excessive number of snow days that it would really matter? Unless the extra days are included in the school calendar, the school year must be extended  making it difficult as many parents and teachers have already established plans for the beginning days of summer vacation. Although it sounds like it makes sense to make up the day, I often wonder how much additional learning takes place during those days.

What are your thoughts on making up snow days?

Are you in favor of snow make up days?

Recently I realize that I have not been posting as regular as I have in the past. I have been having some continued computer issues. Actually ever since purchasing this computer a Dell XPS M1210, I have had problems but I have patiently endured. Some of the issues were resolved but there seems to be so many small issues that just don’t go away. Well, my patience is wearing thin as I realize that I spend way too much unproductive time on the computer because of the time spent waiting for my computer to respond, correcting the insertions, or some other annoying problem.

One of the most annoying computer problems occurs when you are typing and the cursor jumps to another position on the screen and continues. In the last few months it has become even more  irritating especially since I have been writing articles for four different blogs. Another common occurring problem is when I try to type an apostrophe when I am on Wordpress.org and it does not respond. Sometimes it  will and sometimes it won’t.  I tend to link these issues to the Vista operating system although that may not be the case — could it be my Dell XPS computer??? Any ideas or suggestions.

We all love to have new recipes to serve when we have a get-together or party. I always like to at least taste a recipe before I recommend it to others or before I fix it for my own party. Recently we had a Christmas party at our home and everybody brought a dish. A pitch-in offers a great opportunity obtain new recipes and taste them at the same time. It helps if you have everyone bring a copy of their recipe to share but if not recipes can be shared at a later time. The following Hot Wing Dip recipe was delicious and enjoyed by all. It is sure to become a favorite recipe.

Hot Wing Dip

Ingredients:

1  package pre-cooked cut up chicken-chopped

2 -  8 oz package cream cheese-softened

1 cup good chunky blue cheese dressing (substitute Ranch if you don’t like Blue Cheese)

1/2-1 cup wing sauce- (I use a mild sauce then spice it to taste with hot sauce)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Mix  the chicken, cream cheese, blue cheese dressing and 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.

3. Add wing sauce to taste.

4. Place in oven safe casserole dish.

5. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar on top.

6. Bake until warm and gooey — about 20-30 minutes.

7. Serve with crackers, taco chips, or celery sticks.

As each new year approaches, you might begin to wonder what the new year will bring. Well, the new year will not bring anything but rather what are you going to make of the new year? If we just continue doing what we have always done, our life will continue to be what it has always been. Therefore, if there are changes that you would like to make in your life, you should begin by making changes in those areas. Many begin setting goals but then fail to follow through with the goals. It really doesn’t matter what your goals are if you do not follow through with your plan to make it happen.

So, have you considered your goals for 2010?  If you are not a goal setter, then just choose some area or areas  of your life that you would like to improve. Decide how you would like for your life to be different. Would I like my deepen my spiritual relationship with Christ or even to become a new believer in Christ? Would I like to make changes in my marriage relationship? Would I like to improve my financial situation? Would I like to improve my overall health and maybe even lose weight?  These are just a few of the areas that you may wish to consider.

After choosing the areas that you would like to see changes, make a plan to achieve the changes in your life that you desire. Commit yourself to follow the plan and make yourself accountable to others. Don’t be one who does not follow through with the commitment to make those changes. You must follow through with the plan if you are going to see the desired results.

Wishing you all the best year ever!!!

Well, today started off just like any other ordinary day. We had breakfast at a local restaurant with my brother with no additional plans until lunchtime. At 11:00 a.m. I headed out to have lunch with some fellow teachers from my teaching days. The time passed quickly as we had a wonderful lunch and shared stories as we were catching up on the past few months.

After noticing the time, I realized that I must hurry on my way directly to my chiropractor appointment rather than checking in at home first. The ordinary day continued until I returned home after my chiropractor appointment. Much to my surprise, I found my husband cleaning the house. Now, many of you who do not know Dave very well may think that this is normal behavior.  However, I will assure you that Dave has NEVER taken the initiative to clean house on his own. He will help out when I am cleaning house, but he has never in his entire life begun cleaning house while I was not at home.

This bizarre behavior can only be attributed to Rain Nutrition. Rain Nutrition has been a wonderful blessing for us and it can be for others too. The Rain Nutrition has helped to improve Dave’s mood and has given him a renewed outlook on life.  Not only is he feeling better physically, but he has the desire to improve his life.

I would never have  believed that any all natural product would be so amazing. If you want to know more information about Rain Nutrition, please check the Rain Nutrition tab to view some videos about the all natural products. You may visit the Rain Nutrition website for additional information. Please feel free to contact me at sandy1020@insightbb.com for additional information about trying the products, becoming a distributor, or other questions.
